Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Café Server to provide excellent service to guests. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers warmly and professionally.

• Provide menus and explain food and beverage items when required.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Enter orders into the POS/order system and coordinate with the kitchen and barista team.

• Serve food, beverages, and desserts promptly and professionally.

• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders.

• Respond politely to customer requests, questions, and complaints.

• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery from tables.

• Clean, arrange, and reset tables according to café standards.
