We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to increase product reach, develop market opportunities, build strong business relationships, and support sales growth through regular field activities.

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Develop and execute field marketing and sales activities.

Visit pharmacies, Ayurvedic stores, retailers, distributors, and potential business partners.

Promote products and generate new sales opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.

Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.

Conduct product demonstrations and support promotional campaigns.

Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback.

Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate repeat business.

Track market visits, leads, sales activities, and field performance.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock, customer requirements, and promotions.

Prepare regular sales and field-activity reports.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.

Experience in Ayurvedic, pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Good understanding of local markets and customer behavior.

Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.

Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
