Calls Over Ridges Nepal (COR Nepal) is a grassroots NPO established in 2017 AD, working inside public community schools across Gandaki, Bagmati, and Koshi — not building something separate, but making the schools that already exist genuinely work for every child: to attend, learn, grow, and choose a future here in Nepal. We measure success in one number: rising and sustained enrollment, because a school families choose is a school children don’t leave. By 2035, we will ensure 97% enrollment in our partner schools.

Vacancy for the Following Positions

1) HOD of Finance and Administration:  This role leads the Finance and Administration function, providing strategic financial oversight alongside precise day-to-day accounting, while directing administrative operations for the Kathmandu office and three project sites (Gorkha, Jiri, and Khijidemba). It ensures compliance with organizational policy and Nepalese law, safeguards financial integrity, leads policy reviews, and delivers the administrative and logistical support needed for smooth programme execution across all teams.

2) HR Coordinator: The HR Coordinator is responsible for people management, organizational culture, and administrative operations. Balancing strategic alignment with day-to-day execution, the position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, organizing learning and development, payroll inputs, labor compliance, operational logistics, and employee well-being. Actively bridging management and field staff, the HR Coordinator ensures smooth, compliant, and empathetic workplace operations.

3) Project Coordinator: The project coordinator is responsible for the routine task execution of programs that ensure the consistency of the students in the school and support schools in providing quality education to the students, keeping everything in timeline with strong alignment with the project manager.

4) Social Mobilizer: The Social Mobilizer plays a critical role in the effective implementation, monitoring, coordination, and reporting of the ongoing programs at the school and community level. The Social Mobilizer acts as the coordinating link between schools, community stakeholders, and frontline employees. The Social Mobilizer ensures that programs are delivered effectively. Core responsibilities include community-level program mobilization, regular monitoring, records and documentation management, data collection, report writing, stakeholder coordination, problem identification, and support to field-level decision-making.
