What you'll do

Call customers with overdue mobile phone and four-wheeler loans and follow up on their dues

Negotiate payment dates and get firm commitments from customers

Explain clearly what happens if a default continues, including penalties, effects on credit history, repossession, and legal action

Visit customers in the field when needed

Keep accurate records of every call, visit, and promise to pay

Work with the team to meet monthly recovery targets

Who we're looking for

Confident and outspoken. You're comfortable talking to people you've never met

Calm under pressure. You can stay polite but firm when customers push back or make excuses

Persuasive. You know how to turn a "next week" into a date and an amount

A good listener who can read a situation and respond the right way

Disciplined and target-driven, with a strong sense of ownership

Willing to go out in the field when required

Job Specification

Bachelor's degree (completed or currently running)

Freshers are welcome to apply

Fluent in spoken Nepali; working English is a plus

Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry)

A two-wheeler with a valid license is preferred for field visits
