With the support of OXFAM Nepal and KOICA, National Environment and Equity Development Society (NEEDS) Nepal is implementing the “Empowering Her: Advancing Women’s Economic and Political Leadership for Climate-Resilient Communities Project” in Kanchanpur District. NEEDS Nepal invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified individual consultants/consulting firms for the following consultancy service.

“ToT on Unpaid Care Work Analysis and Knowledge Transfer to Women Empowerment Centers, Including Action Plan Preparation” The selected consultant/firm will be responsible for conducting a Training of Trainers (ToT) on Unpaid Care Work Analysis, facilitating knowledge transfer to Women Empowerment Centre (WEC) members, and supporting WECs to analyze the unequal distribution of unpaid care and domestic work and develop practical, locally relevant Action Plans for promoting shared household responsibilities and gender equality.

Meals and accommodation during (4 days) the training period will be provided by NEEDS Nepal.

All required information must be clearly stated in the quotation must be duly signed and stamped where applicable. Quotations submitted after the deadline or not in the prescribed RFQ format will not be considered.

The selected consultant/firm shall comply with NEEDS Nepal’s Safeguarding, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Safe Workplace and Code of Conduct requirements. NEEDS Nepal maintains zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse, harassment, discrimination, and any form of misconduct.
