We are looking for an experienced and organized Operations Supervisor and Marketing Manager to manage warehouse operations and coordinate the complete order-to-delivery process. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between reception, storekeepers, accounts, loading staff, and delivery drivers while maintaining inventory accuracy, timely dispatch, and customer satisfaction.The role will also support the implementation of a digital order management system and assist in setting up warehouse operations at a new location.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Supervise reception staff, storekeepers, loading staff, and delivery drivers on a daily basis.

Ensure every order follows the correct process, including credit checks, approvals, gate passes, loading, tax invoicing, and delivery.

Monitor pending orders and maintain dispatch turnaround targets, aiming to load approved orders within four hours.

Verify loading accuracy, particularly for roll-based products such as carpets, PVC, and curtains.

Identify significant differences between estimated and actual product quantities and coordinate with the accounts team before invoicing.

Manage stock receiving, inventory counts, returns, and restocking procedures.

Conduct weekly stock counts and monthly inventory reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

Coordinate delivery routes, vehicle allocation, and delivery confirmations.

Lead the implementation of the digital order management system by training staff, collecting feedback, reporting issues, and reducing reliance on paper gate passes.

Support the setup of the Narayanghat warehouse, including layout planning, staffing, and operational processes.

Resolve dealer complaints regarding incorrect, short, or damaged deliveries promptly.

Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to order processing, inventory accuracy, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations, preferably in furniture, FMCG, or building materials.

Experience managing and supervising a team of eight or more people.

Good understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, order processing, and dispatch operations.

Basic proficiency in Excel and familiarity with POS, invoicing, or digital order management systems.

Willingness and ability to learn and implement new digital systems.

Strong attention to accuracy, operational discipline, and follow-through.

Ability to coordinate effectively with accounts, sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to investigate stock discrepancies and resolve delivery-related issues efficiently.

Order-to-dispatch time

At least 90% of orders loaded within four hours of approval.

Delivery accuracy

Less than 1% of invoices affected by incorrect or short deliveries.

Inventory accuracy

Monthly stock variance below 0.5% of stock value.

Digital system adoption

Eliminate paper gate passes within 60 days of rollout.

Returns processing

Complete returns processing within 48 hours.
