We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable apartment options, arranging site visits, and following up with leads to achieve sales targets.

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Contact and follow up with potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Understand customers’ requirements, budgets, and purchase timelines.

Present suitable 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK apartment options based on customer needs.

Identify serious buyers and prioritize high-potential leads.

Schedule and conduct property site visits.

Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally.

Follow up consistently with potential buyers until booking or sales closure.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential buyers.

Achieve monthly site-visit and sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

1–2 years of experience in real estate sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Confidence in handling phone calls, face-to-face interactions, and client follow-ups.

Proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.

Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
