KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Counsel students and registered nurses about study opportunities and nursing pathways in

the UK.

• Assess students' academic backgrounds, English-language readiness, financial

circumstances, and eligibility.

• Explain university programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and

application procedures.

• Guide applicants through university applications and student visa documentation.

• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face

counseling.

• Maintain accurate lead records, application updates, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

• Coordinate with universities, internal processing teams, and relevant partners.

• Achieve monthly counseling, application, enrollment, and sales targets.

• Provide accurate information and maintain professional and ethical counseling standards.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in UK education counseling or international student recruitment

preferred.

• Strong knowledge of UK university admissions and student visa procedures.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Nepali.

• Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

• Proactive, disciplined, target-oriented, and detail-focused personality.
