KOSHISH, established in 2008, is a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting mental health and psychosocial well-being in Nepal. Embracing the spirit of "NOTHING ABOUT US WITHOUT US", KOSHISH advocates for the inclusion and meaningful participation of individuals with mental health issues and psychosocial disabilities. KOSHISH actively engages in community-based mental health programs, awareness campaigns, and advocacy efforts. Our overarching goal is to mainstream mental health within the broader health system and societal domains, such as social protection, education, inclusion, and employment

S/he will lead the MEAL unit and oversee the development and implementation of an annual calendar for KOSHISH’s results-based framework, which consolidates all ongoing projects and ensures alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. The Coordinator will also actively contribute to fundraising and program development, particularly during this challenging and evolving period. He/ She must ensure that all projects maintain high-quality standards, are implemented efficiently, and adhere to effective financial management and control, ensuring value for money. The expected time allocation is approximately 60% at the central level and 40% in KOSHISH’s target areas

Additionally, the MEAL Manager is responsible for establishing a baseline of KOSHISH’s work, with a focus on linking it to disability inclusion, gender, human rights, and mental health in education—specifically addressing the mental health of children, adolescents, and youth.
