CMC-Nepal, with financial support

from CBM Global, is implementing the Karnali Mental Health Project (KMHP) to

strengthen inclusive, rights-based, community-based MHPSS services in Karnali

Province. The project promotes participation of persons with lived experience

of mental health conditions and psychosocial disabilities, guided by human

rights, GEDSI, disability inclusion, and safeguarding principles. To improve

the quality of our services, CMC-Nepal we plan to strengthen the helping skills

of our staff and supervisors using the EQUIP (Ensuring Quality in Psychosocial

and Mental Health Care) approach, which uses competency-based training and

assessment. We are therefore inviting qualified trainers or training

organizations to express their interest in delivering this training.

qualifications and experience (40%), relevant training experience (30%),

proposed methodology (20%), and cost (10%).
