1. Trainee – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning - 1

General Position Summary: The MEL Trainee position is a structured learning opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build practical skills in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning within development and humanitarian programming. Working under the guidance of the MEL team and in coordination with program colleagues, the trainee will support data collection, data management, data quality checks, analysis, reporting, and learning activities. The position offers hands-on exposure to digital data collection tools and evidence-based program management.

Required Qualification and skills: Fresh graduates who have completed a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, or another relevant field within the last two years. Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Trainee – Administrative and Logistics – 1

General Position Summary:  The Trainee – Administrative and Logistics position is a structured learning opportunity designed to build professional skills in day-to-day program operations, logistics management, and financial coordination. While mentorship is provided, the trainee is expected to take initiative, manage their learning journey effectively, and maintain full accountability for the documentation, procurement workflows, and event coordination tasks they oversee.

Required Qualification and skills: Fresh graduates who have completed a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree or master’s degree in management, development Studies, or any other relevant fields within last two years. Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
