We are looking for a responsible and attentive CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems and support security operations. The role will be responsible for monitoring CCTV footage, identifying and reporting unusual activities, maintaining accurate incident records, and communicating observations clearly to external stakeholders. The position requires strong English-speaking skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts aligned with US time zones.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously to ensure effective security monitoring.

Identify suspicious activities, security incidents, and unusual movements and report them promptly.

Communicate clearly in English with external stakeholders regarding observations, incidents, and security concerns.

Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports, monitoring logs, and other required documentation.

Follow established security procedures and escalation protocols when incidents occur.

Ensure surveillance equipment and monitoring systems operate properly and report technical issues to the concerned team.

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth handovers and continuous monitoring coverage.

Maintain confidentiality when handling surveillance footage, security information, and incident records.

Work flexible shifts according to operational requirements, including schedules aligned with US time zones.

Coordinate with relevant team members to manage shift adjustments when required.

Requirements

Relevant education or experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, surveillance, or a related field.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, particularly experience gained in international work environments.

Candidates with prior CCTV monitoring or security operations experience in countries such as the UAE or Qatar will be preferred.

Good spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate incidents and provide clear reports to external stakeholders.

Strong observation, concentration, and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills and the ability to operate CCTV monitoring systems.

Good written communication skills for maintaining incident reports and monitoring records.

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to schedules aligned with US time zones.

Ability to work responsibly, follow security procedures, and coordinate effectively with team members.

Willingness to work according to the assigned shift schedule and coordinate any adjustments with colleagues.
