Gyanpunj School of Leadership is looking for dynamic, responsible, and result-driven professionals to join our team as Program Officers.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate training programs.

Coordinate with trainers, clients, and participants for smooth program delivery.

Manage training schedules, logistics, venues, materials, and other arrangements.

Communicate with corporate clients and understand their training requirements.

Support trainers before, during, and after training sessions.

Prepare training-related documents, reports, presentations, and feedback summaries.

Monitor program progress and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.

Collect and analyze participant feedback and prepare improvement reports.

Maintain records of training programs, participants, and client communications.

Assist in developing new training programs and business opportunities.

Use digital tools and technology for effective program coordination.

Travel within Nepal and abroad as required for training programs.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate training or a related field

A Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required

Strong written and spoken English

Confidence in using digital tools and technology

Result-oriented approach with strong execution ability

Willingness to travel within Nepal and abroad for training programs
