We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Store Assistant to assist customers with jewellery selection, handle sales transactions, and support the daily operations of the jewellery shop. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with jewellery shop billing and inventory software. Previous experience in a jewellery shop will be preferred.

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery according to their preferences.

Provide accurate information about jewellery designs, products, and pricing.

Handle sales transactions, billing, and customer inquiries.

Operate jewellery shop software for billing, sales records, and inventory management.

Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock verification.

Keep jewellery displays organized and the shop presentable.

Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery items.

Maintain positive customer relationships and provide professional service.

Requirements

Previous experience in a jewellery shop will be preferred.

Knowledge of jewellery shop billing, sales, and inventory software.

Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain sales and stock records.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling jewellery and transactions.

Ability to assist customers professionally and work as part of a team.

Willingness to work from 9

00 AM to 7:00 PM, with one day off per week.
