We are looking for a skilled and responsible Technician to support the maintenance and smooth operation of machinery at a foam mattress manufacturing facility. The role involves inspecting machines, identifying technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment problems to minimize production downtime. The ideal candidate should have practical technical knowledge and the ability to maintain machinery safely and efficiently.

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Operate, inspect, and maintain machinery used in foam mattress manufacturing.

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth machine operation.

Identify mechanical and technical faults and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Repair or replace faulty machine components when required.

Monitor machine performance and help minimize production downtime.

Ensure machinery is operated and maintained according to safety procedures.

Maintain records of machine maintenance, repairs, and technical issues.

Coordinate with factory and production staff to address machinery-related problems.

Assist in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of factory equipment.

Requirements

Practical experience in machine maintenance or a relevant technical field.

Knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting.

Ability to identify technical faults and carry out routine repairs.

Understanding of preventive maintenance and workplace safety procedures.

Basic record-keeping and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with production teams.

Technical training, certification, or relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
