Message of Hope Nepal (MOH Nepal) is a Media Ministry that is registered with the government of Nepal. The main objective of MOH Nepal is to reach the unreached people in Nepal and beyond with the word of God. MOH Nepal works to bring awareness in various sectors and impact people’s lives by running various programs through national media and providing relevant literatures to listeners and readers. MOH Nepal is looking for potential Nepalese candidates for the following position:

Position

Office Associate (One)

Purpose of this role is to assist a range of basic office support activities like typing, documentation, book keeping, computer works, tele communication and operations, making appointments, and clerical work for smooth administration of MOH Nepal office.

Minimum Qualifications and knowledge required

Bachelor’s degree preferred in management (Final Year students may apply)

Minimum 1 year’s previous relevant experience in maintaining proper administrative functions.

Requirements: Effective communication, typing Nepali and English text, writing letters and dispatching.

Manage database systems efficiently.

Assist with financial tasks bookkeeping, and Maintain asset records, ensuring proper filing and documentation.

Core requirements of the role are

Basic oral and written communication skills in English and Nepali.

Ability to work in a team spirit with open and growth mindsets.

Able to drive two-wheeler having a valid driving license.

The position is based in Lalitpur, Central Office of MOH Nepal. Position descriptions are available on request at MOH office, Lalitpur.
