Academic Qualification

Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Studies, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data and Statistics or four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a closely related discipline from a recognized university/institution.

Professional Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in senior technology leadership, such as Head of Information Technology, Deputy CTO, Head of Enterprise Architecture, Head of Core Banking Systems, or an equivalent senior position.

Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale technology transformation, CBS implementation/upgrades, digital banking platforms, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology governance, and major technology projects shall be highly preferred.
