Prepare weekly pipeline reports covering deal stage, value, owner, and next action

Follow the standard deal playbook for every stage: prospecting, demo, proposal, negotiation, closure

Ensure the dashboard accurately reflects the real-time pipeline at all times

Prepare monthly sales performance reports covering leads, demos, deals closed, and revenue achieved

Maintain accurate records of all client visits, proposals sent, follow-ups made, and outcomes

Support the Finance team with billing documentation for SMS and AMC products

Follow all documented sales processes as per the standard playbook — no shortcuts

Identify and flag process inefficiencies to the Sales Manager for improvement

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts through regular contact

Act as the first point of contact for client queries — escalate unresolved issues within 24 hours

Gather client feedback after demos, proposals, and go-live — share with Sales Manager and Product team

Support Key Account Management (KAM) activities for top-15 clients when required

Assist new clients during onboarding by coordinating between the client and the Implementation team

Monitor competitor products, pricing, and positioning; share a monthly competitor insight report
