Job Summary

We are seeking an entry/junior-level Overseas Customer Service Officer to support Nepal-based customers with inquiries, loan applications, social media management, and post-service support.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage social media and respond to customer inquiries.

– Assist customers with loan applications and follow internal procedures.

– Handle after-sales support and customer follow-ups.

– Coordinate with HQ teams, including Credit, Recovery, and Operations.

– Submit daily task reports to the designated platform.

Work Hours & Shifts

Minimum 45 hours per week (Excluding 1 hour daily break time)

5 days per week (may include weekends or holidays

Please note that shifts are subject to adjustment based on operational needs.

Candidates must be able to work according to Korea Standard Time (KST).

Requirements

Reliable laptop and internet connection.

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and achieve daily performance targets.

Fluency in Nepali, proficiency in English.

Korean Language

TOPIK I – Level 2 (Basic Korean) preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Laptop subsidy after 1 year of continuous employment.

Monthly incentives available after a 3-month probation period.

Annual bonus based on KPI achievement.

12 days of annual leave per year (prorated if less than one year of service).

Salary fixed in USD; converted to KRW monthly using XE rates.
