Handle customer service requests, complaints, and callbacks.

Coordinate technicians for repair and maintenance services.

Job Specification (JS)

Bachelor's degree preferred.

1–2 years of experience in customer service or service coordination preferred.

Good communication, customer handling, and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Knowledge of home appliances and spare parts is an advantage.
