Multi-Destination Counselor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-oriented Multi-Destination Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have relevant counseling experience, valid TITI and training certificates, and the ability to guide clients regarding travel destinations, tour packages, and travel-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on various domestic and international travel destinations, tour packages, and travel services.
• Understand clients’ travel requirements, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable packages.
• Provide information on destinations, itineraries, travel arrangements, and related services.
• Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with travel partners, hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
• Prepare travel proposals, quotations, and customized itineraries.
• Maintain client records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Job Specification

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in travel counseling or the tourism industry.
• Must have TITI certificate and relevant training certificate documents.
• Good knowledge of multiple travel destinations and tourism services.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: NPR 40,000+ per month
