Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily travel and tour operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages, travel itineraries, and transportation arrangements.
• Manage bookings, reservations, ticketing, and coordination with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Lead and supervise the operations team to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client complaints promptly.
• Monitor operational costs, revenue, and overall business performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable travel and tourism regulations and company policies.
