Sparkle Kids Academy is looking for a warm, responsible, and empathetic After-School Mentor to join our team!

We are seeking someone who can support children academically while nurturing their emotional well-being, social development, and confidence.

Provide homework support and academic guidance.

Help children develop effective study habits and self-confidence.

Engage children in meaningful conversations and creative activities.

Encourage and support children with patience, care, and empathy.

Communicate effectively with children and parents.

Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive after-school environment.

Other Specification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Child Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Strong public speaking and communication skills.

Excellent emotional intelligence and empathy toward children.

Previous experience working with children will be an added advantage.

A positive, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic personality.
