Nepal Leathers Craft is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Online Sales Executive (Female) to manage online sales operations, respond to customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through social media, phone calls, and online channels.

Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.

Promote products and services through online platforms.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales, digital sales, or customer handling.

Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Open to both male and female candidates.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries through social media, phone calls, and online platforms.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a team.
