We seek a dynamic and analytical MBA professional to lead research and strategic support for our business initiatives, and to ensure proper registration, approvals, compliance, and market intelligence for successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Research & Feasibility Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on various business ideas, including market size, growth potential, competition, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare feasibility reports and strategic recommendations.

Company Registration & Legal Formalities

• Lead and manage the process of company registration and other legal formalities in accordance with applicable laws and relevant regulations.

Government Approvals & Liaison

• Identify and obtain required approvals, licenses, and permits from relevant government bodies and regulatory authorities for business activities.

Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Keep updated on regulatory changes and advise management accordingly.

Market Data & Intelligence

• Collect, analyze, and maintain up-to-date market data and industry intelligence to support decision-making and business planning.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation related to research findings, registrations, compliance status, and market trends.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal teams, legal advisors, government agencies, industry stakeholders, and other partners to ensure timely progress of business initiatives.
