Job Description

Association for Craft Producers (ACP) is seeking a motivated and responsible Sales Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations, manage customer relationships, and support the growth of its handicraft products in the market. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth retail operations, maintain product quality and presentation, supervise sales activities, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales function as instructed
• Handle customer inquires and provide excellent customer service
• Assist in marketing events and promotional activities
• Ensure the product price and codes matches those listed in the software
• Handle cash transactions and bank deposits

Job Specification

• Minimum of +2 qualification in Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
• More than 1 year of relevant experience in sales, retail operations, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and sales management abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in sales or inventory records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to supervise a team and work collaboratively.
• Honest, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
