Responsibilities of the Candidate

Counsel students and clients regarding study and career opportunities abroad.

Provide guidance on destination options, admission requirements, and application procedures.

Assist clients interested in Australia, Canada, the UK, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, and European countries.

Assess clients' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable options.

Explain documentation requirements, application processes, and relevant procedures.

Follow up with clients and maintain accurate counselling records.

Coordinate with internal teams and relevant institutions to ensure smooth processing.

Stay updated on destination-specific education requirements and policies.

Requirements

TITI-certified Counsellor.

Relevant experience in educational counselling or overseas study counselling.

Knowledge of multiple international destinations, including Australia, Canada, the UK, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, and Europe.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Good client-handling, follow-up, and coordination abilities.

A professional, helpful, and client-focused approach.
