General Manager – Cinema Operations & Business Development

We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead cinema operations, financial performance, customer experience, and business expansion across multiple locations and franchise venues.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

● Operations & P&L: Oversee overall daily multiplex operations (ticketing, concessions, ushering, facility/tech uptime, distributor relations) and drive revenue,

seat utilization, and cost efficiency across locations.

● Franchise & Network Expansion: Develop and execute scalability plans, identify new cinema development sites, negotiate commercial/franchise terms, and oversee end-to-end launch of new venues.

● Partner & Financial Management: Establish franchise SOPs, conduct operational/financial audits, and optimize distributor partnerships and corporate

sponsorships.

● Team Leadership: Direct venue managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Requirements

● Proven senior-level experience in cinema management, multi-unit retail, hospitality, or entertainment chain operations.

● Demonstrated background in franchise expansion, strategic business development, or site feasibility planning.

● Strong capability in financial budgeting, operational audits, vendor negotiations, and team leadership.
