General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily business operations across multiple departments, including production, procurement, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills, with the ability to develop business strategies, implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitor KPIs, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across production, procurement, sales, and marketing departments.

Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.

Set departmental targets, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines and business objectives are achieved.

Develop and execute business plans, ideas, and strategies to support business growth.

Coordinate with different departments to finalize business plans, product ideas, and operational decisions.

Monitor production schedules, procurement activities, sales performance, and marketing initiatives.

Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate departmental and overall business performance.

Prepare regular reports on departmental progress, performance, and overall operations.

Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.

Ensure effective communication and coordination among teams to achieve organizational goals.

Monitor the use of resources, workflow, and team productivity to ensure smooth business operations.

Support management in strategic planning, decision-making, and business development.

Requirements

Proven experience in an operations management or senior-level role, preferably managing multiple departments.

Experience in the fashion, garments, apparel, FMCG, or a similar industry is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of production, procurement, sales, and marketing operations.

Experience in developing SOPs, setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and managing deadlines.

Strong leadership, planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage day-to-day business operations effectively.

Good reporting, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions.

Strong accountability and the ability to drive teams toward business objectives.
