Place of Application: Applications must be submitted to the Office of Dhunibesi Municipality, Municipal Executive Office, Jugedi, Dhading. Application forms will be available from the Health Branch of the Municipality.

(a) Citizenship certificate

(b) Minimum educational qualification certificate

Age and Additional Information

Age: Must have completed 18 years for Dental Hygienist and 21 years for Medical Officer, and must not have exceeded 40 years.
