We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and professional Sales Officer – Showroom to manage showroom sales, assist customers, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in showroom or retail sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Working Hours

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Welcome customers and provide accurate product information and recommendations.

Handle showroom sales, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.

Maintain customer records and update sales information using computer software.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Work toward monthly sales targets and support business growth.

Coordinate with the store, accounts, and management teams.

Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.

Maintain the showroom's professional appearance and customer service standards.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

At least 2 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or a related field.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and sales or billing software.

Excellent customer-handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills, honesty, punctuality, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.

Candidates residing in Bhaktapur or nearby areas are preferred.
