We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills, a good understanding of restaurant management, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene, and staff coordination.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service delivery.

Supervise restaurant staff, including waiters, kitchen staff, and other team members.

Monitor food quality, customer service, hygiene, and safety standards.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.

Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.

Monitor sales, expenses, and overall restaurant performance.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure effective coordination among team members.

Implement operational procedures and maintain restaurant standards.

Identify operational issues and take appropriate steps to improve efficiency.

Requirements

At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management or the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and solve problems effectively.

Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
