Job Purpose

To lead and manage overall branch operations, sales, customer service, technical coordination, revenue generation, and team performance while ensuring business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily branch operations, compliance, documentation, and coordination with Head Office.

Achieve sales, revenue, collection, and customer acquisition targets while expanding business opportunities. Also, prepare regular reports on it.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve market share and profitability.

Lead, supervise, and motivate staff while monitoring performance, discipline, attendance, and training needs.

Resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality.

Monitor customer payments, outstanding dues, cash collections, transaction accuracy, and branch expenses.

Coordinate installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of service issues.

Evaluate branch performance, take corrective actions, and provide market feedback and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in ISP, telecommunications, FMCG, or a service-oriented business.

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proven experience in sales management, branch operations, team leadership, and revenue collection.

Note: The Branch Manager shall be accountable for the overall performance, operational discipline, financial control, and business growth of the assigned branch
