Highly motivated and talented ASP.Net Developer Core/MVC with SQL Server Developer to join our growing in-house development team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of our core insurance applications and related other systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to the development of critical business applications.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core/MVC, C#, and SQL Server.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Design and implement database schemas and queries using SQL Server.

Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Troubleshoot and debug existing applications.

Perform unit and integration testing.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.

Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Participate in code reviews.

Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications.

Adhere to company coding standards and best practices.

Enhance and re-write the existing code.

Requirements / Specification

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

1 - 2 years of experience in ASP.NET Core/MVC development with SQL Server.

Strong understanding of OOP principles, C#, and .NET (preferably .NET Core).

Familiarity with ASP.NET Core/MVC and SQL Server (queries, stored procedures).

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and version control (Git).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Requirements

Experience with Entity Framework Core, RESTful APIs, and Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of software design patterns, unit testing (xUnit, NUnit), and CI/CD pipelines.

Background in insurance or financial services is a plus.
