We are seeking a Documentation Officer to manage and organize company documents efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure proper documentation, maintain records, and support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize important company documents, ensuring they are properly filed and easily accessible.

Manage the preparation and documentation of reports, contracts, and other legal or business-related documents.

Ensure timely processing and submission of required documentation to authorities, clients, or vendors.

Perform regular audits of documentation files to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather and manage required documentation for projects or tasks.

Ensure proper storage and safekeeping of physical and digital documents.

Assist in the preparation and filing of routine business correspondence and official paperwork.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Minimum +2 pass in any field.

Skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, file management).

Ability to type and create reports/documents.

License

Must possess a valid bike license.

Other Requirements: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
