Job Summary

Hulas Steel Industries Limited is hiring a BTL Officer (Brand) to plan and execute brand activation activities that drive product visibility and customer engagement across the market. This role is for a candidate with hands-on experience who can manage field execution, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and ensure activities are completed on time and within agreed guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute below-the-line (BTL) brand activities such as store/point-of-sale activations, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Visit target markets and channel partners to ensure brand visibility, merchandising standards, and campaign execution quality.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to align promotional requirements, materials, and timelines.
  • Manage inventory and distribution of campaign materials (flyers, banners, POSM, gifts) and maintain proper recording for every activity.
  • Track campaign performance through field feedback, photos, activity reports, and basic KPI updates (where applicable).
  • Liaise with vendors, event partners, and local promoters to ensure smooth on-ground execution.
  • Submit timely post-activity reports summarizing outcomes, issues faced, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Studies, Management, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • 3+ years of experience in BTL/field marketing, brand activation, or retail promotional execution within a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to perform under pressure — handle multiple market tasks, troubleshoot on-ground issues, and maintain execution standards during peak periods.
  • Ability to work independently and also in a group — manage field schedules and coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines — ensure campaign timelines, material readiness, and reporting are completed without delays.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) for tracking activity schedules, reporting, and basic analysis.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POSM) execution and brand merchandising compliance in retail/channel outlets.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in the steel, building materials, or manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with trade marketing practices such as dealer activation, distributor events, and retailer engagement programs.
  • Knowledge of basic photography and reporting standards for field campaign documentation.
