Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.

• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and provide recommendations.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Ensure that orders are served accurately and according to restaurant standards.

• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining tables, chairs, and service areas.

• Prepare tables before service and clear them after guests finish their meals.

• Ensure proper table setup, including cutlery, glassware, napkins, and other necessary items.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Process customer bills and payments accurately using the POS system when required.

• Follow restaurant hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
