We are looking for a Fiber Coordination Center (FCC) Officer to coordinate and monitor fiber service operations across assigned branch offices.

The role is responsible for managing service tickets and field tasks, coordinating Field Engineers, monitoring task progress, managing route plans, and ensuring timely resolution within the committed Estimated Time to Restore (ETR).

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and team-monitoring skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, field-oriented service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage tickets and field tasks for assigned branches.

Assign tasks to Field Engineers and monitor progress against ETR.

Coordinate field routes and ensure timely completion and proper task closure.

Maintain accurate updates, documentation, and accountability for all tasks.

Monitor rollback tasks, field collections/payments, and team accountability.

Monitor stock, tools, equipment, and other assigned assets used by Field Engineers.

Ensure Field Engineers follow required safety procedures and use appropriate safety gear.

Monitor field team productivity, performance, attendance, and compliance.

Escalate delayed, unresolved, or exceptional cases to the concerned department.

Coordinate with customers, Field Engineers, branch teams, and other departments.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or a related field.

Experience in task management, field operations, or team coordination.

Strong communication, follow-up, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage team accountability and multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to work in shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Experience in ISP/telecom/fiber operations will be an advantage.
