Job Description

Counsel students regarding international study opportunities across multiple destinations.

Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets, and study preferences.

Recommend suitable countries, universities, courses, and study pathways based on students’ profiles.

Provide accurate information on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and application procedures for different destinations.

Manage student applications from initial counseling through admission.

Review academic and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.

Coordinate with universities and relevant stakeholders regarding applications and admissions.

Follow up with students on pending documents, offers, deposits, and other admission requirements.

Maintain accurate records of student applications, follow-ups, and admission progress.

Guide students on visa documentation requirements and coordinate with the visa processing team.

Achieve individual and team admission and enrollment targets.

Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into applications.

Stay updated on admission policies, university intakes, scholarships, and visa and immigration requirements across different study destinations.
