Job Description

Aksharaa School is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and staff development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills while ensuring effective HR practices and maintaining professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding and staff development initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and performance management systems.
• Maintain personnel records and oversee attendance, leave and other HR-related functions.
• Promote employee engagement, professional growth and a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and institutional policies.

Job Specification

• Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Master’s Degree Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in human resource management, preferably in an educational institution for at least 2 years.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and leadership ability.
