You Will

Set up product displays according to predefined planogram and layouts in new and remodeling stores.

Work closely with the mobile merchandising team to maintain planogram accuracy across all locations.

Guide store staffs on planogram compliance and updates.

Assess planogram effectiveness and make necessary improvements.

Minimum +2 degree

Experiences

Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is an added advanntage

Skills & Competencies

Strong interest in merchandising and retail operations.

Willingness to learn planogram management.

Good attention to details and accuracy in work.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office package.

Eagerness to learn and improve.

Positive attitude, reliability, and sense of responsibility.

Mandatory Requirement

A valid driving license with personal vehicle is mandatory

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel weekly between assigned Bigmart store locations within the Kathmandu Valley, with occasional travel to stores outside the Valley.
