Franchise Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Franchise Manager to oversee franchise operations, maintain brand standards, and support business expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills, along with experience in restaurant operations or franchise management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide operational support to franchise outlets.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent operational quality across all outlets.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and overall outlet performance.
• Coordinate and support the opening of new franchise outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Support franchise expansion strategies and overall business growth.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and franchise management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to monitor outlet performance and manage multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel for regular franchise outlet visits.

Preferred:

• Experience working with restaurant chains, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands, or franchise networks.
