The Farm Manager will oversee daily farm operations, including nursery management, plant propagation, agroforestry, fruit, nut, and vegetable production, and the care of livestock, including cows and local chickens. The position will promote soil health through composting, organic matter management, and sustainable farming practices while managing farmhouse accommodation and ensuring quality hospitality services. The manager will prepare production plans, maintain accurate records, manage supplies and finances, and oversee reporting and communication. He/She will also identify market opportunities, promote the sale of seedlings and farm products, and take initiative to improve productivity, strengthen governance, develop innovative income-generating activities, and ensure the Center's long-term institutional and financial sustainability.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agroforestry, Horticulture, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant practical experience in farm management, agriculture, agroforestry, or nursery management.
