Central Finance Limited (CFL), was incorporated as a public limited company, on April 14, 1996. It has been established as per the Finance Company Act 2042 B.S. and Company Act 2053. It commenced operations on April 14, 1997, upon obtaining the operating license from Nepal Rastra Bank.

Central Finance Limited., a well established national level class "C" finance company licensed by NRB, having its Head Office at Kupondole, Lalitpur which has been in operation for over 29 years invites applications from self motivated & result oriented Nepalese citizens for the following positions for its Head Office and Branches.

1. Branch In charge (Upto Officer Level)

• Work Stations: Kathmandu & Outside Valley
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in relevant subject,
• Minimum 5 years relevant/similar work experience in BFIs is mandatory,
• Ability to check credit appraisals, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
• Have a good judgment, sound business sense, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail,
• Ability to lead and motivate a team,
• Ability to achieve given targets,
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
• Have a confident and assertive manner,
• Age not exceeding 40 years.

2. Relationship Manager (Assistant to Officer Level) Work Stations

Kathmandu & Outside Valley

• Bachelor's degree in relevant subject,
• Work experience in BFIs is preferred,
• Ability to check credit analysis & histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
• Knowledge in NRB guideline is preferred,
• Ability to achieve given targets,
• Ability to learn credit processes and analysis,
• Age not exceeding 35 years.

3. IT Department

• Work Stations: Head Office
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from recognized university.
• Knowledge in digital banking, mobile banking, payment system, Internet banking etc.
• Ability to handle website and social media platform etc.
• Knowledge to troubleshooting hardware and networking issues.
• Knowledge in CBS (PUMORI) is preferred.
• Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions.
• Age not exceeding 35 years.

4. Operations Department (Assistant Level) Work Stations

Kathmandu & Outside Valley

• Bachelor's degree in relevant subject, Experience in CBS (PUMORI) is preferred.
• Work proficiency in computer operation required,
• Work experience in BFIs is preferred,
• Age not exceeding 30 years.

Candidates are expected to be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with excellent marketing, communication and interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge of office applications.
