Sales and Marketing Executive (Remote/Onsite/Field)

We are working across education, travel, consulting, construction, and legal-finance services. We are looking for dedicated and driven individuals to grow with our teams. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year industry experience are encouraged to apply. We are also open to paid internships for freshers, with the opportunity for promotion to a full-time role within 2–3 months based on performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing client communication through calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other official channels, and respond promptly within assigned shift hours.
• Follow up with all leads and inquiries daily without fail and ensure no lead is left unattended.
• Understand client requirements, provide accurate information, and recommend suitable services or solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service details accurately and share them with clients in a timely manner.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed clients and consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital outreach initiatives.
• Meet clients in person within Kathmandu Valley as and when required (for valley-based positions).
• For the field position: travel to different locations across Nepal to meet clients, partners, and institutions, conduct field visits and on-ground promotions, generate leads, and close deals.
• For the field position: collect required documents and information from clients and sites, and submit field visit reports with updates after every visit.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions, and submit daily and monthly reports to management.
• Strictly maintain punctuality, availability, and responsiveness throughout assigned working hours.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management as per organizational needs.
