Organization: Pacific Multispecialty Clinic

We are looking for a smart, friendly, well-organized, and responsible Receptionist to join our team. The selected candidate will handle front-desk operations and patient coordination at both Pacific IVF Center and Pacific Multispecialty Clinic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
• Handle incoming phone calls and patient inquiries.
• Manage patient appointments and doctor schedules.
• Register patients and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff.
• Provide information about available services and consultations.
• Handle basic billing and payment records.
• Manage front-desk activities and daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain a professional and patient-friendly environment.

Job Specification

• Minimum +2 completed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Good telephone etiquette and patient-handling skills.
• Smart, presentable, polite, and well-organized.
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinic will be an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
