The Barista is responsible for

beverages.

2. Operate

espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage preparation equipment.

3. Follow

standard recipes and beverage preparation procedures.

4. Maintain

consistency in beverage taste, quality, temperature, and presentation.

5. Prepare

basic latte art and maintain proper milk steaming techniques.

6. Understand

different coffee beans, brewing methods, and beverage ingredients.

1. Welcome

customers and provide friendly and professional service.

2. Take

customer orders and ensure accurate order processing.

3. Recommend

coffee, beverages, and menu items based on customer preferences.

4. Handle

customer feedback and complaints professionally.

5. Maintain

a welcoming and pleasant cafe environment.

cleanliness of the coffee station and work area.

2. Clean

coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment regularly.

3. Follow

food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.

4. Ensure
