Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on project requirements.

Oversee QA activities across multiple projects, ensuring proper resource allocation and prioritization based on project timelines and risks.

Plan, coordinate, and execute functional, regression, acceptance, and exploratory testing.

Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium and Cypress.

Perform API testing and validate application functionality, performance, and reliability.

Coordinate test environment setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Manage test data, test documentation, and bug-tracking processes.

Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software defects while recommending effective solutions.

Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Establish and implement QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.

Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, delegate responsibilities, and provide technical feedback.

Monitor testing progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices.
