Rastriya Krishi Company Nepal Limited (RKCNL), a company committed to agricultural transformation and farmer empowerment, invites applications from qualified, competent and motivated Nepali citizens for the following position to strengthen its centralized Human Resource Management System and HR operations across RKCNL and its subsidiaries.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and day-to-day execution of the Company's Human Resource Management System (HRMS), including:

The position works under the direct supervision of the Admin & HR Officer and coordinates with employees, department heads, line managers, subsidiaries, the Finance Department, HRMS provider and relevant stakeholders.
