Job Description

Manage and maintain strong business relationships with existing dealers and distributors to ensure effective sales operations.

Identify and develop new dealer networks and business opportunities to expand market coverage.

Achieve assigned sales targets by driving dealer-wise sales performance and implementing effective sales strategies.

Monitor dealer performance, sales trends, stock availability, and market demand to ensure business growth.

Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer operations, gather market feedback, and identify potential business opportunities.

Coordinate with dealers on product availability, pricing, promotional schemes, outstanding payments, and other sales-related matters.

Prepare regular sales reports, monitor key performance indicators, and provide insights to management for business planning and decision-making.

Job Specifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in dealer sales, channel sales, distributor management, or sales operations.

Strong understanding of dealer network management, sales planning, and business development.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop effective sales strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and prepare performance reports.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with sales reporting systems.
